Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peloton gear as much as your workout, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in the original shipping mailer or a secure box, ensuring all original tags are present and the package is sealed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
